High-Altitude Hemp Study: Cleaning Soil of Toxic Pollutants

Park County — Hartsel Area, Colorado

Project Purpose

PFAS & Heavy Metals Uptake

Evaluate which industrial hemp varieties accumulate PFAS and heavy metals from soil and water under high-altitude Colorado growing conditions.

Soil, Compost & Amendments

Study how soil conditions and properly prepared compost or other lawful amendments affect plant development and contaminant removal from soil.

Water & Irrigation Research

Document water applications, PFAS and heavy-metal levels in water, and how those relate to uptake in hemp biomass.

Field Performance & THC Compliance

We monitor how our plants grow and the amount they produce while checking THC levels to ensure everything follows the law. For questions, email the research team at research@14peakshempremediation.com
